Some school thought asserts that the universe had a beginning, and everything that begins must have a cause outside of itself; others point to the complex, fine-tuned order and design in nature and biology as evidence of an intentional creator. Some have even suggested that objective human morals and values point to a higher moral lawgiver. Some with their personal experiences rely on subjective encounters, answered prayers, and inner spiritual convictions.
