SuperSport will remain the exclusive broadcaster of South African rugby after a new multi-year agreement between SA Rugby and Canal+ Group.
The renewed deal keeps all local rugby competitions on SuperSport across sub-Saharan Africa, including women’s Springbok matches and junior international fixtures.
It also continues one of the longest-running relationships in South African sport, with SuperSport having worked alongside SA Rugby for over three decades.
The deal comes shortly after Canal+ Group officially partnered with MultiChoice, signalling continued investment in premium African sports content.
