ICE CREAM comes this week as… Reebok is bringing back one of Pharrell Williams’s first-ever sneakers

Reebok, Pharrell Williams and NIGO’s streetwear label ICECREAM link up to bring back the Board Flip following its comeback at ComplexCon Las Vegas in October 2025.

Originally released in 2005, the Board Flip is one of Pharrell Williams’s early sneaker collaborations and became a standout silhouette of the mid-2000s skate era.

Ice Cream and Reebok first linked up in 2004 with the Flavour sneaker, but quickly fell out after a $4 million lawsuit over quality issues, eventually parting ways while Reebok continued selling the shoes. After follow-ups like the Board Flip 2 in 2007 and a long hiatus, the partnership returned in 2019, with the Board Flip making a rare comeback via a 500-pair drop at ComplexCon.

21 years later, the Board Flip returns with the Watermelon colourway, alongside a new Pink Lemonade version, continuing its legacy across skate, streetwear and sneaker culture.

Arriving in two loud colourways (pink/red = Watermelon) and (green/pink = Pink Lemonade) colourways. Both shoes are constructed with a leather upper, perforated panels, a suede eyestay, and a textured rubber toe cap. The design includes ICECREAM branding on the tongue, heel, and sockliner, along with an embroidered Bones & Cones logo on the rear lateral heel. It is finished with an injection EVA midsole with painted grooves, a rubber outsole with a toe wrap and Icecream detailing, skate-ready tread, textile lining, two lace options, and arrives in a custom ICECREAM box.

Look out for the BBC ICECREAM x Reebok Board Flip to release exclusively at Shelflife (in-store and online) on Thursday, 07 May 2026.
