HBO has officially released the official poster for Euphoria Season 3, with Zendaya returning as Rue.
The highly anticipated new season is set to premiere on Sunday, 12 April 2026, airing on HBO and streaming on HBO Max. Locally It will air on Showmax or DStv.
After a long break between seasons, the story picks up with a major time jump. This time, the characters are stepping beyond high school and into a more complex, unpredictable world.
Season 3 will reportedly have eight episodes, with new episodes dropping weekly.
Created and directed by Sam Levinson, the series continues to explore heavy themes around identity, faith, redemption, and the challenges of growing up. The new season follows a group of friends as they navigate life’s deeper questions while dealing with the consequences of their past.
The returning cast includes Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, and Maude Apatow, alongside familiar faces like Colman Domingo and Dominic Fike.
The show was filmed using new Kodak film technology in both 35mm and 65mm formats, giving it a more cinematic and immersive look. This makes it one of the first TV series to use 65mm film on a large scale.
