McDonald’s is back at it with its annual National Breakfast Day celebration, offering a free Egg McMuffin on Wednesday, 18 March 2026, when customers buy a selected small drink for just R10.
This means customers can get a free Egg McMuffin when they buy a selected small drink (short filter coffee, small juice, or small soft drink) for R10, available until 10:30 AM while stocks last.
The deal will be available at participating McDonald’s restaurants across South Africa, either at the counter or via the drive-thru.
However, customers who have downloaded and registered on the MyM App will enjoy early access to the National Breakfast Day promotion on 16 and 17 March 2026.
The promotion is capped at a total of 500,000 Egg McMuffins across 3 days (16, 17, and 18 March 2026) across all participating restaurants in South Africa.
However, the offer is limited to one per customer.
Customers are encouraged to visit early, as participating restaurants may sell out before 10:30 AM.
The Egg McMuffin features a lightly seasoned chicken roll, egg, and cheese served on a hot, toasted buttered English muffin.
