Nigerian superstar, TEMS is bringing the Leading Vibe Initiative to South Africa on 21 March 2026, expanding her growing movement across the continent. After impactful editions in Lagos and Nairobi, the platform now lands locally with a clear focus on uplifting women in music.
Launched in August 2025, the initiative supports emerging female artists, songwriters, and producers who are often underrepresented in the industry. The SA edition invites creatives aged 18 to 35 to take part in curated sessions covering songwriting, production, and the business of music.
Expect mentorship, networking, masterclasses, and hands on studio moments powered by Native Instruments. Applications are now open for those who would like to be part of this.
The initiative was created to amplify female artists, producers, and songwriters who deserve more space in the industry.
