Nigerian Afrobeats star Davido is set to perform in South Africa at the upcoming Scorpion Kings Live (with Friends) event, scheduled to take place later this month.
Scorpion Kings Live (with Friends) will take place on Friday, 29 August 2025, at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria.
Scorpion Kings Live, the brainchild of Amapiano power duo Kabza De Small and DJ Maphorisa, has become a major event series, with past stops including the Sun Arena in Pretoria. Now, the duo is stepping things up, preparing to fill up the 51,700-seat Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
The show will be headlined by Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido, with performances from Ami Faku, Cassper Nyovest, Mawhoo, Sjava, Oskido, Young Stunna, and Focalistic. A special honorary tribute to Caiphus Semenya will also be part of the night’s celebration.
