Ethiopian Airlines has launched a daily passenger flight to Abu Dhabi, bringing Africa and the Middle East even closer.
The new route is expected to fuel trade, tourism, and investment between the two countries while enhancing regional ties and improving connectivity.
Currently, Ethiopian Airlines operates more than 100 weekly flights to 13 destinations in the Middle East and Gulf. In June, it also introduced a four-times-weekly service to Sharjah.
This latest route is part of a strategic joint venture with Etihad Airways, designed to strengthen collaboration, develop new routes, and improve connections between Ethiopia and the UAE and beyond.
