Fancy Gadam Grateful as Shatta Wale Gifts Him Song and Full Streaming Rights
Award-winning musician Fancy Gadam has revealed a generous gesture from fellow artist Shatta Wale. In an unexpected show of support, Shatta Wale has gifted him a song from his upcoming album—along with full rights to all future streaming revenue.
Speaking in an interview with Amansan Krakye, Fancy Gadam shared his excitement and appreciation. “The Killer BumBum song belongs to Shatta Wale,” he said. “He sent it to me to add a verse, but later told me I could have it.”
According to Fancy Gadam, the original plan was for Shatta Wale to release the track himself. However, ahead of an upcoming show where both artists were scheduled to perform, Shatta suggested releasing the song early so they could perform it live together.
In a surprising turn, Shatta Wale decided not only to give Fancy Gadam the song but also to allow him to keep all the revenue it generates from streaming platforms.
“It means a lot to me,” Fancy Gadam said, expressing deep gratitude for the unexpected gift and the support from one of Ghana’s biggest music stars.
The collaboration is already generating buzz among fans and is expected to become a major hit.
