King Promise to Sponsor Master’s Degree for PR Officer Tilly Akua Nipaa
Ghanaian music star King Promise has announced that he will fully sponsor a master’s degree for Tilly Akua Nipaa, his Public Relations Officer for the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) campaign.
The announcement was made during an interview on Accra FM on May 13, 2025, where King Promise expressed deep appreciation for Tilly’s exceptional contributions during the awards season.
“I like Tilly. I believe she did a good job,” he stated, highlighting her role in shaping his public image and boosting his visibility ahead of the TGMA. He noted that the decision to sponsor her further education came after discussions with his management team, acknowledging her vital role in the campaign’s success.
Tilly was personally appointed by King Promise to lead his publicity efforts in the lead-up to the TGMA. Her innovative strategies and strong execution played a key role in his triumph at the event, where he won the prestigious Artiste of the Year award. He emerged victorious against tough competition, including Stonebwoy, Joe Mettle, Black Sherif, King Paluta, Team Eternity, and Kwaku Smoke.
